We've spent a decade making it easier for Canadians to reach care.
Empower Health is an Ontario healthcare technology company. Since 2013, we've built EMR-integrated booking and patient navigation used by clinics, Ontario Health Teams, regional programs, and millions of patients.
From helping patients find care to helping them book it.
We started with a simple observation: patients spend enormous effort just figuring out where to go — and then hit a phone line when they get there. We built navigation platforms (iamsick.ca, findhealth.ca, holidayhours.ca, myvaccines.ca) that helped Canadians find open clinics and services, then went deeper: EMR-integrated online appointment booking that closes the loop from "where do I go?" to "I'm booked."
Through COVID-19, our platform powered regional vaccination and virtual care programs. Today it runs year-round regional virtual urgent care, high-volume same-day clinics, family practices growing their rosters, and campus health portals.
Patient-centred
Booking should work for the patient in front of it — not just the ones who fit a template.
Equitable
All patients, all languages, all ages, all demographics. Access is the product.
Workflow-first
Clinics shouldn't adapt to software. Rules, templates, and pathways align to how your practice runs.
Innovation in the open
We build with clinics, academic partners, and public funders — and prove it in the field before we scale it.
People you'll actually deal with.
Empower Health is founder-led and Ontario-based. When you call, you reach the people who built the platform.

Working alongside the system, not around it.
We partner, collaborate & co-design with all stakeholders of our healthcare system. From patients & clinicians to provincial & national associations, clinics large & small, regional healthcare organizations (i.e. Ontario Health Teams & Ontario Health Regions), technology partners (EMR vendors, startups, national & international companies focused on improving access to care), hospitals, universities, and innovation accelerators — with one common goal: to improve the Canadian healthcare system and enable data-driven healthcare.
